Overview

The Virginia/August Wilson Theatre has been a Broadway mainstay for nearly a century and has welcomed millions of patrons through its doors. It has housed dozens of notable stage productions, including Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, My Fair Lady, Carrie, Pygmalion, The Crucible and Jersey Boys. Since 2018, the musical adaptation of Mean Girls has headlined the marquee. The theater can seat just over 1,200.

Handicap Accessibility

Handicapped guests should note that the theater is not fully wheelchair accessible, however a stair lift is available to navigate disabled guests from the sidewalk entrance to the main Orchestra level of the theater. Wheelchair seating is available only in the Orchestra level, with an accessible restroom also located within this section.
