Overview
For over 45 years, New Era Field has served as the exclusive home of the NFL's Buffalo Bills and draws in millions of loyal fans annually. While it is primarily known as a football venue, the stadium has hosted outdoor hockey games, including the 2008 NHL Winter Classic featuring the Buffalo Sabres. Dozens of best-selling musical artists have also performed large-scale concerts at New Era Field, from Fleetwood Mac and The Rolling Stones to U2 and Beyoncé. It can accommodate over 71,000 patrons.

Handicap Accessibility
Wheelchair accessible seating is available throughout the 100 and 300 levels of the complex, as well as within the indoor club seating section. Guests requiring these seats are guaranteed to have unobstructed views of the field and may purchase adjacent companion seating, subject to availability. A number of elevators and escalators can be found throughout the stadium to provide easy access to all levels for guests with limited mobility. In addition, restrooms, parking facilities, entrance gates, ramps and concession areas are all in compliance with ADA standards.
Club/Suite Ticket Packages
For guests seeking a VIP experience like no other, New Era Field boasts some of the most luxurious premium seating packages in the NFL. These deluxe spaces offer incredible sight-lines to the field and come equipped with amenities like flat-screen televisions, cushioned seating and heating/cooling systems. Ticket holders will also be granted reserved parking passes, upscale in-suite catering service and access to exclusive lounge and club areas. Suites vary in size and can accommodate up to 20 guests.
Amenities
New Era Field boasts a wide variety of concession areas serving up delicious bites and refreshing beverages. Food items include traditional game-day fare like pizza, chicken wings and nachos, as well as specialty barbecue and baked goods. Buffalo Bills fans can stock up on official gear at the onsite Team Store, which is open regular hours during the week with adjusted scheduling during games and other stadium events. Most food and merchandise vendors accept major credit cards, however, ATMs are also available for guest convenience.
Parking/Transportation
There is ample parking on the grounds of New Era Field with thousands of handicap, bus/RV and general parking spaces. Parking rates vary depending on the event but passes may be purchased in advance to eliminate day-of hassle. Parking facilities generally open four hours prior to an event's start time and tailgating is permitted, though guests are expected to abide by strictly enforced safety regulations. Guests using taxis or other ride-share services will be directed to the designated drop-off/pick-up location outside the stadium.
