Overview

Opened in 2007, the Sprint Center is the premier entertainment venue of the greater Kansas City area. While it has no exclusive sports team tenants, the Sprint Center has quickly become known as a college basketball haven. It hosts the annual Big 12 Men's basketball tournament, has been the site of NCAA men's and women's national tournament games, and is directly connected to the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame. In addition, arena football, volleyball and hockey games have also taken place at the Sprint Center along with frequent concerts and family shows. It can accommodate over 19,000 patrons.

Handicap Accessibility

Wheelchair accessible seating is available on all levels of the Sprint Center. The arena is also equipped with several elevators which grant access to a dozen sections of the building for guests with limited mobility. Public areas of the concourse, including concession stands, restrooms and entrance points are all comply with ADA standards.

Club/Suite Ticket Packages

Guests can enjoy their Sprint Center event in luxury with an executive suite package, available to either purchase for all events are rent for a single event. These deluxe spaces can accommodate up to 16 guests and include reserved parking, catering service, VIP entrance access, personal suite attendant and access to restricted, VIP lounges and clubs within the building.

The Sprint Center is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including a 360-degree LED video screen, offering unique event views for all event attendees. Parking/Transportation

Getting to the arena is easy. Patrons can access the venue via major highways I-35, I-70 and I-29. Dozens of garages and parking lots are located in the nearby area surrounding the Sprint Center and are available for use during events. Guests taking taxi cabs or limousines to their event will be designated a specific drop-off and pick-up location for convenience.
